Waiting for so long
I went there today, the black lady did my blood test, she is not nice and inpatient, didn’t say hi or anything, very bad mood, I am very afraid of her. Hope she can improve her service.
FLOWUP REVIEW: I Received a follow up call from the office supervisor. He was very apologetic and explained the situation about having a shortage of butterfly needles. He also said he would speak to the phlebotomist and go over some of the procedures she did not follow. I was satisfied with his courteous explanation and apology. My original complaint: I usually have a good experience at this lab...but...today I went in for routine blood tests and the experience was not so pleasant!
