Courteous and professional staff.
Tried calling many times over the course of several days. No one ever answers the phone or returns calls when a message is left asking for a call back.
I went in to one of the offices to ask for help (suite 201) and the lady at the front desk was absolutely terrible! She had me almost in tears and I had only asked her for help finding my way around. Who works in that sort of position if they don’t like people. I was forced to go to another office and I found help in suite 208. Sutter apparently does not require their staff to care about their job, it’s totally hit or miss. UPDATE: went from one to three stars because my doctor was fabulous and the nicest person 👍🏼
