Absolutely terrible facility with extremely rude receptionists who are curt and behave as if you’re doing them a favor. The entrance to the facility is so poorly designed and with zero regard to people with disabilities that I had to come down stairs and walk (on crutches) like half a mile before I could enter the facility. Tried getting a report of my own MRI and I they wouldn’t give me anything other than a CD (who even uses CDs anymore) and very rudely dismissed me for even asking for another format of my own records. They do not answer their phone and they do not return messages to schedule an appointment which makes them fairly useless.
We pay our bills promptly and in full. They referred our bill to a collections agency without notifying us. It caused my wife's credit score to drop 80 points and we had to spent time and money dealing with the collections agency. Do not use their services.
