the one star does not reflect on the nursing staff or the imaging techs they were great it is more towards the billing department. I was there for 2 hrs , and hour and a half of which i was waiting to be seen even though the ed was relatively empty , the part were my issue was addressed took 30 min or so , I was given a quote for how much out of pocket I will pay and i asked them if that includes imaging and everything they said yes , but later I get charged twice the amount , I understand that it was a quote and quotes can ... read more
Best care ever! Super friendly staff from security to medical personnel. I came in due to DV and everyone there were so sweet it made me forget why I was there, it felt like a 5 star hotel ! Additionally I was in and out within an hour, but stayed longer to do the police report in the comfort of their care and received a taxi ride home 🥰

Go somewhere else if you need emergency services. All the nurses and imaging staff were really nice, but after 6 long hours there, waiting for so long in between rare communication/status updates, the MD sent me home still in pain and told me that a hot compress should make it better. I continued to be in pain for 3 more days afterwards. The cherry on top is that they just run all the useless tests, bill insurance for everything, saying that they gave you pain meds but they really didn't, and rack up your bill so high FOR NO... read more
