Does this company EVER answer the phone or return calls? I have called for the last 3-4 weeks and left multiple voice mails WITHOUT ANY response. Rather disappointed!
Literally the worst property management company on earth. Absolutely no promises kept, phone calls answered or returned... Don't even think about reaching the maintenance man...if there even is one
If I could give less than 1 star I would. This lady is rude, does not listen to anything you have to say and is out to steal your money. She doesn't fix any problems that you have and when it is time to move out she charges you for them even though you have tried numerous times to contact her about issues. Very unresponsive and unprofessional. She actually had started yelling at me over the phone. I've done nothing wrong and always had my payments on time.
