I highly recommend working with Pietro and CPM. I lived with them as a tenant for two years and management was responsive and helpful throughout my tenancy and during my closing process. Pietro, was professional and very understanding.
Great staff to work with
Our property was 47 Franklin Street in Somerville. Management was always pretty timely with responses and fixed everything within a reasonable amount of time. They even re-did the kitchen floor while we lived there. Marlena in particular is great and genuinely cares about tenants. We got a full refund of our deposit. Overall, would recommend this leasing agency!
