I can say with all honesty that Emily is one of the most amazing people to work with! She made sure my daughter and I were more than informed and welcomed through the whole process. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had such a fantastic experience with CPM! I applied on a Tuesday, was approved by Friday, and had the keys in hand by Monday, such a smooth and efficient process. Huge shoutout to James, Emily, and Melanie for being incredibly helpful, communicative, and kind every step of the way. They made what could have been a stressful time feel easy and exciting. CPM is great. I have one neighbor that I have a problem with and hopefully she’s gonna be on our way soon her she’s gonna build a house or something somewhere and she’s got one coming up so fingers crossed other than CPM is good
Very disappointed,we moved from a different state into one of there homes and the condition was Not moved in ready. They were fast to take our money. The house has chewed up doors, windowsills , and scratched up from previous dogs. Dog poop from previous owner not cleaned up. Very frustrating moving from a different state to have to clean up something that have should have already been done. This is a terrible start to something that was supposed to be magical.
