I wanted to say how much I appreciate the work that Melanie does at the Grants Pass Office. I have lived at my rented, now CPM managed, house for 18 years. She has been awesome in responding to maintenance, rent, and other issues that has made it a much more pleasant experience to live here. I am 73yo, retired and ill. I really can't thank her enough.
Super friendly staff always there to help despite what you might have going on with the property they know how to help you definitely recommend CPM if you’re trying to find a rental I was looking and couldn’t find anything and these people really helped me get into a place if it wasn’t for them, I’d be in my car 10 out of 10
CPM has always been supportive of moves and helped me to find a home very fast when I was homeless. They are on top of repairs and I would recommend them to anyone. Melony and James are amazing to work with and are very kind and outstanding.
