I have had a wonderful experience with the team at CPM; Emily, James, and Melanie have been great to work with. They are very professional, flexible, and friendly. We are moving into the 2095 Mayfield property and just fell in love with it. James really understood our special needs and paired us with the right house. Got a place in a day!! Extremely grateful! Moving was such a smooth process. Emily was super helpful in providing useful information from the very beginning. My only “complaint” was moving into a place that wasn’t cleaned (pet fur everywhere & my AC not working properly.) But a home is better than no home! Overall, I’m extremely satisfied with CPM!
Great experience so far. Christina and Melanie (and James) went above and beyond when elping me finding a rental. There is a lot of support with this company as well. I needed a few repairs done in my unit upon moving in... Melanie put a work order in and repairs were done the following day. I would definitely recommend this property management company. They're very responsive, friendly, and fair.
The staff at the cpm in grants pass is willing to go above an beyond for there new renters! Melanie went above an beyond to show us a home she just recieved b4 it was even added to ther system! Apprecate this so much! She was willing to do the same with the process through the whole thing they have worked with us to verify all our income an previous rentals. The CPM team has been very responsive and courteous since the new team took over in Grants Pass. I’ve rented from many property management companies and I appreciate the communication from Melanie related to repairs and tenant portal updates
