Smells like cigarettes in a non smoking building on a regular basis and the owner allows this to go on for years
We met with John on a property in shakopee, spent a hour and a half with him at the home. He told us all about himself and his business and how he takes 1 application at a time and goes from there. I paid $110 on his website and haven’t hear a word from him since! He communicated great until the application fees were paid. John provided a false sense of an open line of communication. He had us complete the background checks and no follow through since. Disappointing situation when we were set on renting the property. John's a true example of why you can't put your trust in a stranger. I would not recommend conducting business with him.
Great company to rent from, they take care of your needs in a very timely manner. Highly recommended.
