I have been with CPM for maybe 20 years and I am so dissatisfied with them. I had 2 issues and they took their time taking care of me. First I lost my PIN number. And It took 1 month and a half just to reset my pin. That came from 3 different people told me they had mailed it, well guess what ? They never mailed it. Now.......all I want is a copy of a check that the young lady said they could email it to me. So I called back and she put me on hold so she could get with the person that emailed it.
