Last 2 attempts over 2 weeks has had computer problems keeping them from service. 3rd times a charm?..
I have been there a few times and the service was always good and fast, there was a lady working who always does a good job. Today my experience was very bad, the person who was working today had a bad attitude with clients. Despite he saw a few people outside waiting from 7.20am to be open at 7.30am, we needed to call him at 7.40am because the door was locked and any sign of life inside. Made me wait excessively long out of spite even though I was the only person there for about 45min-1hr. Then made a poor choice of vein (I have plenty of great options, very large and superficial veins) and backwalled it, causing extensive bruising and pain for over 2 weeks. They often make the mistake of backwalling my superficial veins due to not actually paying attention to what their doing and understanding you stop once you get flash and then hold position, but this was by far the worst I have ever had.
