I have had my CPI system for 6 mths now and unfortunately had a ton of issues; promised things by the sales rep (smoke detectors would work from old system) that did'nt happen, a ton of feed back so bad the rep could not hear us over the alarm 2 way option, failed service calls and bad customer service from David at the NC office. The alarm itself is GREAT, the customer service is not! Chase (Atlanta)
they are the highest priced alarm company when comparing to other companies for the exact same services . When I went to cancel they used many many scare tactics to try and convince me I was making a bad decision and they were the best and to stick with them. Stay away they seem polite and caring but it is all an act.

Best Bang For Your Buck-Great Service, Great Product – I shopped around and found CPI to be the best bang for your buck and they are a NC based business not corporate. Mike Moffit is who I worked with 919-669-8144 and he was a pleasure to work with. On time for the meeting, was flexible and very honest about what we really needed as far as equipment was concerned. He didn't try and sell me on something I didn't need. After 6 months of using there service I am very happy with CPI security and highly recommend them to anyone.
Sales error – Just had a near-terrible experience with CPI before we even had the service installed. Local salesman came to the house and gave us the spiel. We decided to go with CPI for several reasons, and then when the topic of deposit payment came up, my wife and I explained that we didn't have the money in our bank account at that time because we had just spent so much on moving into our first house. best service in the Carolinas – I have done alot of shopping for home security and found that CPI is the best choice and value with the quality of their equipment and installation, and the amount of equipment they included. Their customer service is quick to respond and courteous. The security consultant was professional and knowledgeable. The two way voice microphone/speaker is extremely nice since I dont have to be home or get to the phone for CPI to confirm if their is a burglar in my house. Great until we got Digital phone, and rude once we decided to move companies – My Family has been with CPI for 7 years, durring that time we have had no issues. However 6 months ago we switched to Digital Phone. At that time we began to experience issues, we had to have workers out atleast once a month, often times multiple times within a month.
