Calvin arrived early and promptly introduced himself. He had a pleasant and professional demeanor. He asked us to explain what the issue in the kitchen sink was. However, my wife had just discovered a faulty lever that lifts the drain plug in our bathroom sink. He fixed that quickly. He then began to look over the kitchen sink, started taking pictures and assessed where the leak was and discovered another issue we weren’t aware of. We had a clogged kitchen sink due to the garbage disposal breaking down. Francisco from CPI quickly diagnosed the issue, offered alternatives, and then replaced the failed unit. I can't complain!
