In 1992 the company incorporated and renamed the service division CPI Mechanical Contractors with Michael Morrison as the President. Andy came in with unmatched knowledge and professionalism that won us over. And sent us Jimmy and Jason — two angels who built our new dual central air and gas heat system. In a not-so-easy house to work in. They were punctual, neat, and super efficient. Exemplary work done by exceptional people. I highly recommend this company.
Carlisle petroleum generally has timely service. However they have poor customer service, we had a fill up scheduled at the end of the holiday week so there were limited hours. They asked if they could use the card on file which we agreed to. Come Friday afternoon they never showed. When I called they said that our card on file was expired. Instead of confirming while on the phone originally or calling back to either get a new card or notify us of their cancelation, they just canceled the delivery with no call.
