It should be -5 stars but they wouldn't let me post it that way. I can't even give this company any stars. They have no idea what they are doing or, at least the tech that serviced my house didn't, but they sure know how to charge you over and over again and never fix the problem. 3 times to my house and they have not fixed it. Replaced numerous parts that did not fix the problem and now they want to charge me for the parts and the fix and another service charge to come and fix what they didn't fix in the first place.
