Carlisle petroleum generally has timely service. However they have poor customer service, we had a fill up scheduled at the end of the holiday week so there were limited hours. They asked if they could use the card on file which we agreed to. Come Friday afternoon they never showed. When I called they said that our card on file was expired. Instead of confirming while on the phone originally or calling back to either get a new card or notify us of their cancelation, they just canceled the delivery with no call. We are fairly new to this area and consider ourselves very lucky to have found Carisle Petroleum to install our new furnace and water heater. Their techs were prompt, clean, professional and on time. Their price, although not the lowest we were quoted, fit the job and quality materials used. We highly recommend them!
I won't do business with anyone else. Truly the best petroleum company I have ever worked with.
Technician was great, very professional, very thorough.
Came in and did the job and answered my questions which was very nice of him. Did not cause a great deal of smell in the house.
