Very disappointed with my experience with CPI Capital Properties. One of my biggest issues was the lack of response when I brought legitimate complaints and concerns to their attention. Instead of communicating with me and working toward a resolution, I felt my complaints were repeatedly ignored. Zero stars! Due to the lack of trust and confidence with the company. Resolutions are never resolved in a timely manner, are diagnosed incorrectly and are never fixed to specs, very shoddy repairs are being done to a less than satisfactory level. The example below has been going on over a year. This is the repair and it’s 104 degrees outside right now! No sense of urgency. Highly suggest not using them. Talked to them till we’re blue in the face and nothing!

Less than mediocre! I have been bringing parking lot trash issues to their attention for many years. I often send emails, texts and calls regarding parking lot maintenance in Eagle Plaza, Main St. Hesperia, and guess what, it’s still not satisfactory!
