At first the owner, Danielle, was great! However, as therapy went on for gender dysphoria, she became irritable and started arguments and eventually discharged me in a letter fed with lies. Not to mention the out of pocket payments. Also, believe it or not, being transgender does NOT require a diagnosis from a counselor. That is a belief that comes specifically from people known as transmeds. Overall, she was great in the few appointments and she declined from there
