Incredibly inattentive and unreliable building management. They ignore the messages left on their emergency contact line. They lie about completing maintenance requests. They refuse to provide basic features like a working doorbell. I would not recommend this company to anyone who would expect even halfway decent service.
I filled and payed for an application to rent an apartment. Once they received my money they notified me that the place was rented before I even filled out the app. They refuse to reply back to me regarding a refund for the application, that I believe is well deserved in this particular circumstance.
