I live in Lolo. Doctor Johns is so rude, I drive to Stevensville to avoid her. She made fun of a mole on my arm and made me feel embarrassed. She also brought in a new assistant / trainee without asking my permission; I don’t even know his name because she never bothered to introduce him. So unprofessional.
Dr. Karen Johns is great! Too bad the front desk gal is so rude and unhelpful. I'd rather drive to town than deal with her again. This was the second very unpleasant experience with her.
local, very affordable, staff is polite and helpful. other reviews from cry baby snowflakes. example, toothache you go to a DENTIST ! This place dealt with a medical emergency with me in the waiting room and were spot on. walk -in's welcome! medical care , not miracles.
First time I went there it went smoothly. Second time 5 min late for an appt. Was told I lost my spot and would have to wait 30 minutes! Girl at the front desk could care less about customer service
Horrible customer service. Horrible bed side manner from provider!! Major lack of professional boundaries! Here is a tip, just stay focused on your job without prying into someones personal life and space. Also "jokes" in a put down manner. Everyone seems hard of listening. Like they just completely ignore your answer and keep on asking the same questions! Hated the lack of professionalism! Horrible service and not gentle!
