They have some great physicians and nurse practitioners, but the office staff is very inefficient!! Everything has become worse since the "CPG" came into existence!! Good luck on getting someone to return your call! However, if you owe them any money, they'll burn your phone up! Someone in the executive office needs to step up and make some changes!!
Office staff here is a DAMN JOKE!!! Really need to get their stuff together!!!!
We have our kids go here. Called yesterday afternoon at 4:30 and left a voicemail. 24 hours later and they still haven't returned our call. Not how you do business in healthcare.
I have been going to this facility for four years, I have not had not one bit of trouble or and problems! I am sorry if there are a few that do! But myself and my family all go here!
I sat patiently for an hour (lunch time) only to be told to GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. I ask myself are they that lazy or incompetent �
Great staff and everybody was so friendly! It was my first visit and they made me feel welcomed there. The doctor was wonderful too and also friendly and very attentive to what I had to say. Finally found a family doctor and I didn't have to wait several weeks since I was a new patient.
Great service!! I did not have an appointment and they saw me anyway!! I was sooo sick! Great doctor and receptionist!
