As a current resident of Birmingham on the River in Shelton, CT, for over a year, my concerns with CPE Property Management Solutions have only increased since my first review three months ago. In addition to persistent building-wide HVAC issues, inconsistent communication, and unresolved safety and maintenance concerns, several new issues have arisen: 1. Doug Newman and his staff at CPE are second to none. I had a major flood in my home this year and CPE helped me every step of the way. Maintenance calls are replied to IMMEDIATELY and handled in the same manner. The vendors that work with CPE are outstanding, the property has never looked better. I highly recommend anyone in need of a property management company to use CPE Property Management Solutions!

These guys are rude and could care less about your property. Haven’t seen or heard from any of the assigned property managers in over two years. Raised hoa, and did an assessment with no results to the property or continued maintenance. Stay far
