I have had a consistently frustrating experience with CPE Property Management Solutions. Communication is poor, follow-ups routinely go unanswered, and basic issues require repeated outreach just to receive acknowledgment. When responses do come, they are often delayed, incomplete, or contradictory. I’m writing this as a frequent visitor to a friend who lives at The Birmingham on the River in Shelton, CT, which is managed by CPE Property Management. I’ve been there many times over the past year, and the management issues are impossible to ignore. First, parking is a constant problem. There are never enough available spaces for residents or visitors, signage is unclear, and enforcement seems arbitrary.
