As a resident of the Birmingham on the River in Shelton, CT, I’ve had ongoing concerns regarding CPE Property Management Solutions’ oversight and responsiveness. Since late June, internal building temperatures have remained dangerously high, with HVAC systems failing to cool the upper floors properly. Despite submitting multiple maintenance requests and follow-ups, a resolution has not been provided, and communication has been inconsistent. Leigh Podchaiski deftly oversees a multitude of areas and manages the entire A-team—John and Hester are great assistants in the office. I can’t say enough about the rest of the team in all departments from the front desk to maintenance every employee does an excellent job and they do it with a smile! I’m so grateful for all of our CPE staff here at UT.
