Daniel came out today to service the printer in my office that had been out of commission due to a faulty sensor. When he arrived he was neatly dressed and presentable, with a BIG WARM smile on his face. He came in done a wonderful job, carried cordial conversation with us, shared some toner tips, and provided us with new tags for our printers. ABSOLUTELY love his customer service!
