Simply horrific. I used to come here years ago, and it was perfect. The therapist I was assigned has such an attitude and would not let me have my first-time appointment through telehealth, even when I had a flat tire. All they care about is money and rescheduling. Rescheduling is their favorite thing to do. They don’t even want to see you. The therapists need a serious attitude adjustment. They don’t know how to deal with patients in need of help. Absolutely ridiculous. All these negative reviews make sense now.
I'm very happy with my treatments at CPC. Nicole Spano is very thorough, monitoring my health via blood tests to make sure the medicines are not adversely affecting my organs, she adjusts medicine as needed, and makes sure I'm okay. She is very caring and I trust her professional opinion. My counselor, Yai-Dea Yang, is a life saver. I feel comfortable telling her anything and she's never judgmental.
