I went in to buy a nasal mask and was greeted with excellent service right away. They immediately helped me find exactly what I needed, and I was pleasantly surprised to see it was cheaper than Amazon. Great experience all around!
Thieves plain and simple. Did not mention the hidden administration fee or as they call it “set up” fee. Even if you tell them you want to only get whatever’s covered under your insurance plan. They leave it for you to find out later that the total bill is actually not covered; as insurance will not cover the BS set up fee they included on the invoice. I'm new to this CPAP stuff. I was scared and nervous about it. I have to say from the moment I went here my mind was put at ease. Wonderful staff. The lady at the front desk was so friendly and helpful but Zorana who set me up with my machine went above and beyond helpful and kind. I cannot say enough about how much it meant to encounter such wonderful people there to help. There is humanity in the world!!!
The two ladies helped me with a special power cable order for my portable backup battery. Which is new to the industry. They went out of their way to expedite the order. They called other stores and checked online to see if I could get the power cable any where close by and faster than ordering. They were very friendly, helpful and efficient. I will be going back. They are top notch professionals.
The women who work here are the best!! Meaghan is such a help setting you up with all your equipment and suggestions for masks. The receptionist, Tuola is so welcoming. She’s the reason I went back there in the first place because she was so pleasant when I popped in with a few questions. I been using CPAP equipment for over nine years and these woman are exceptional. Highly recommend.
