Have been using this company for quite a while and my last 2 encounters were less than satisfactory. I found the customer service as lacking. Received the wrong supplies last year and the response was ,no apology. Had clinical questions last year and had to press for an answer. Today, again I felt unappreciated as a patient/ customer.
