The staff at CPAP Solutions are the best. They answer your questions in a manner that explains what is happening and needs to be done if your having problems with your equipment. They are friendly and courteous and they talk to you not at you. I will not use anyone else for my CPAP equipment and supplies.
If I could give them a negative 5 I would not only is Jennifer rude but her staff is as well. My husband is a first time user and has had a rough time and went back to his doctor and had to have the machine tweaked. We did not know that the insurance company would not pay if there wasn't enough hours done. Well first we got a message about supplies which we didn't need. I was traveling for work and forgot forgot to pack a component for my CPAP. After calling around town I was lucky enough to have found this place. The staff answered the phone in a timely manner and were very friendly and helpful. Tara went above and beyond to help me get my component and saved my work trip! Thank you so much! 🩷
