Loan Chau helps me a lot, in beginning, she explains sleeping machine to me, when i have some questions to send email to her, she always responds quickly and solv my issues.
I highly recommend staying away from this place if you can. I will also relay my concerns of wrong doing and "sketchy business conduct" to my doctor at Sutter Health so they stop referring patients to this place. My issue is that they charged me $500, claiming that the insurance may not cover the cost of the CPAP machine. If insurance does cover it then they will refund me the $500 amount. I had a wonderful experience at CPAP Services - San Jose. I came in with a damaged tube, and Ms. Loan was incredibly helpful from start to finish. She was kind enough to provide a replacement at no cost and spent a lot of time giving me very detailed, professional answers to all my questions about my CPAP therapy. Her patient and caring attitude made a huge difference. Highly recommend this location and the excellent service provided by Ms. Loan!
Loan Chau is very professional and responsive. Not only did her explain the equipment very well, but also gave me a lot of tips around traveling with the equipment other misc stuff. Highly recommended!
