Working with Loan Chau is always professional and nice. Good customer oriented service. She was able to find me after various trial a mask to fit my needs.
Absolutely disgraceful service. I sent my prescription over more than two weeks ago and was met with total silence—no follow-ups, no updates, nothing. When I finally called the office, the person who answered was rude and completely unhelpful, flat-out refusing to give me any information because “she didn’t take my order.” Instead of helping, she brushed me off and claimed the person who took my order would call me back. I met with Queena and she did a great job explaining everything to me. I got the Dreamware mask which seems to be the least invasive and I'm impressed at how well it's working. I'm getting the best sleep of my life...wish I hadn't waited so long to get it!
We had a the very best customer service and experience with Loan Chau who assisted us from the beginning of the CPAP process all through the entire reorder process and she was extremely attentive and patient. The use of a CPAP carries a lot of anxiety but Loan really made the experience so much more smooth. Highly recommend Loan Chau and the entire CPAP Services Bascom San Jose office. 5 Stars
Excellent customer service and high quality products. Hats off to Loan Chau from CPAP Services Bascom Ave office as she is remarkable and really made the process easy and we were relaxed and confident with our CPAP after she went through a thorough education of each part and how they work with the CPAP machine.
