I have been at this company quite a few times since the beginning of the year, and found them with pretty good services, especially from Ms. Loan Chao. She is very experienced and knowledgeable with a quick response each time when I need her services. Since this was my first time using a CPAP machine, she was very patient and did a very good job in explaining all the details to an unexperienced user like me. CPAP Services of San Jose provided excellent service, and Loan Chau was exceptional. She was knowledgeable, thorough, professional, and kind. She explained every step clearly, handled the setup efficiently, and responded promptly to my questions. Her attention to detail and patient support made the experience smooth and reassuring. I highly recommend her and CPAP Services of San Jose.
Loan Chau helps me a lot, in beginning, she explains sleeping machine to me, when i have some questions to send email to her, she always responds quickly and solv my issues.
I highly recommend staying away from this place if you can. I will also relay my concerns of wrong doing and "sketchy business conduct" to my doctor at Sutter Health so they stop referring patients to this place. My issue is that they charged me $500, claiming that the insurance may not cover the cost of the CPAP machine. If insurance does cover it then they will refund me the $500 amount.
