This review is for the supplies reordering process and fulfillment. Every time I reorder, there has been items that were not correctly filled. Either the wrong items were in the box, or the quantity was incorrect. Then it requires lengthy phone calls to try and get the issue corrected. Not very efficient supplies reordering process!
The service starts great, but goes down the drain from there. The responses become slow after they get hooked and they start making less sense
Loan was great in helping me set up my CPAP machine. Her attention to detail was especially appreciated since I am a new sleep apnea patient.
I have very good experience with Queena at CPAP Services - San Jose office. Queena is very knowledgeable, smart and kind in walking me through, answering my questions about how to use the new device and how to properly clean/take care of my new Bipap device, tubings and cushions, etc. Thank you, Queena!!!
