Loan Chau is my rep and is incredibly responsive to my needs!
Loan has been very professional and helpful with all of my CPAP equipment, including the Resmed Airsense 11 home CPAP machine and the Resmed Portable CPAP travel machine. Loan was of great help to get both machines set up correctly and helped me with tubing, masks and filters. I give Loan my highest recommendation!! She has great energy and provides excellent, informed and professional customer service.
I had a great experience with Loan Chau at the appointment day at CPAP. She is knowledgeable, patient and friendly make me feel comfortable while guiding me how to use and set up the CPAP device. She also explained how the insurance procedures work for my case, before leaving the office she supplied the device with detail instructions plus some hand out notes. I had an excellent experience when scheduling and picking up my CPAP machine. The staff members, Amanda and Anna, were knowledgeable and patient. They took the time to explain everything clearly, including how to set up the machine and how to maintain it properly. They ensured that I felt comfortable and confident before I left. The service was efficient, professional, and caring. I appreciate their assistance and would highly recommend this place to anyone in need of sleep therapy equipment!
This review is for the supplies reordering process and fulfillment. Every time I reorder, there has been items that were not correctly filled. Either the wrong items were in the box, or the quantity was incorrect. Then it requires lengthy phone calls to try and get the issue corrected. Not very efficient supplies reordering process!
