After a great start with CPAP services SJ, the ball has been completely dropped. At my first visit in January, I was told I would get reminder/ check-in calls for supply refills. That hasn't happened. 2 months ago, I received a text out of the blue letting me know I was unsubscribed from notifications for supplies when I did not opt out. The last time I called in for supplies, the rep on the phone was clueless and had difficulty finding the info on my acct and was unprofessional on the phone. I’ve had a great experience with Mrs. Chau , She was very professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about my health. She took the time to explain everything about my CPAP therapy and made sure I had the right equipment for my needs. The support and follow-up have been excellent, making my adjustment to CPAP smooth and effective. Highly recommend!

My experience with CPAP Services has been marred by shockingly poor billing practices. Despite a previous agreement with their billing department explicitly stating that there would be no further charges, I was dismayed to receive yet another AutoPAY payment confirmation. They cannot simply answer a question 'do you take Aetna as an insurance?' The person on the phone repeats the same words like a robot 'we need to run verification first.'
