The service starts great, but goes down the drain from there. The responses become slow after they get hooked and they start making less sense
Loan was great in helping me set up my CPAP machine. Her attention to detail was especially appreciated since I am a new sleep apnea patient.

***Update: CPAP services reached out after my review and my husband worked with Loan, who replaced the machine with another refurbished one. Thank you! *** In May my husband's CPAP machine stopped working. It was 10 years old and originally purchased here. He is now on Medicare and was told they wouldn't cover the cost because they needed a new sleep study first. Since they take a while to schedule and he needed a machine, he decided to self pay and buy a refurbished CPAP for $350. Three days later it stopped working correct... read more
