This is a wonderful caring company ! My ancient CPAP Machine finally went kaput and our new health insurance doesn't kick in until October. We called to see if they could possibly repair the old clunker and when we discovered, they immediately offered me a loaner til October. Despite my offer of a tip they would not accept. Kudos to the owner (I think her name is Karen apologize if incorrect) and her lady at the front, Donna, who did everything she could to get me the loaner that day so I could get a peaceful night of rest f... read more
