Lei is actually such a pleasure to work with and was so incredibly accommodating to me while I was leaning into this world of CPAP and would really take the time to make sure I understood and felt comfortable despite anxieties! Incredibly positive personality and was happy to check in on me whenever I was (through forgetfulness) missing nights using the machine to make sure I wasn't uncomfortable or a greater issue. Would highly recommend!
Lei is a wonderful and fantastic help, she made me and my partner feel really supported and genuinely cared for after 2 separate businesses really just treated us as customers and not people in need. If you're looking for someone who can help navigate the nervous and hard adjustment to CPAP then Lei is the best and only solution, her warm nature is worth the booking itself along with her knowledgeable and experienced support!
