Julie at Cpap Direct Sudbury was incredibly knowledgeable and willing to help and answer all of my questions and concerns when starting cpap therapy. They also follow up with you as you move along and offer tips and adjustments as needed to ensure a successful experience. I recommend anyone who is needing cpap therapy or supplies to contact her.

I loved my experience with CPap Direct. I felt apprehensive about the whole idea of cpap therapy but Julie put me right at ease. She was very knowledgeable, patient and great in explaining everything plus answering all of my questions and making me feel very at ease with the whole process. She is bilingual which is a bonus! Will be recommending this business very highly!

There is no other company I would deal with. Julie at CPAP Direct is so knowledgeable about her craft. Julie has so much patience and shares every idea she is aware of to make your life easier with the cpap machine. Her personality suits her job as she does her job with such knowledge and ease with her clients. Julie is THE BEST!!!! Her follow up is impeccable and she is sure to help you in any way she can. Do you remember the good old days of customer service? Being seen and heard? If not, that’s awful. And you need to meet Julie. If so, you need to meet Julie for all your CPAP/BiPAP needs. This woman loves her job and is an absolute doll to work with. I’d give her a 10 out of 5!!!

This is my second experience having to get set up for CPAP. The staff at CPAP Direct are extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and go out of their way to make sure you are set up to succeed. Appointments are easy and quick to make, and their service and follow up is excellent. Having experienced other CPAP providers I cannot recommend them enough.
