I am an owner at 570 Broadway, the building. I’m in has always been run by a group of very nice volunteers. Managing and knowing what to do with an entire building of multiple units is a difficult task. Accountability does not come easy. For anyone doing research on a great management company, no need to look further. CPA Realty has been amazing since day 1, even prior to becoming an official tenant. They answer every question with detail & communication is very clear, leaving no room for confusion. Any issues get resolved immediately. For those wondering, Voucher programs are accepted for some units and there’s no hassle to the entire process, which takes away a huge headache from an already stressful situation. Since March 2023, CPA has been managing the condo building in which I reside, and they've been wonderful. Anytime a problem arises, whether it's with the building or the online portal, they're always quick to respond and the problem gets resolved shortly after. Cory, Robin, and their team are very professional and do a great job at keeping my neighbors and myself in the loop with all upcoming events and work within the building.
