Since March 2023, CPA has been managing the condo building in which I reside, and they've been wonderful. Anytime a problem arises, whether it's with the building or the online portal, they're always quick to respond and the problem gets resolved shortly after. Cory, Robin, and their team are very professional and do a great job at keeping my neighbors and myself in the loop with all upcoming events and work within the building. I highly recommend this company. It is an established business with extremely efficient and helpful real estate agents. Previously before working with this company, we worked with others that were slow moving and hardly seemed to explain the process to us.
