They refused to defend the deductions they applied to my personal tax during an IRS audit. So, I sent the summary and proof of expenses to the IRS myself. The IRS replied with an adjustment that disallowed all my deductions except miles while the Uber APP were "Finding Trips" (Tracked and provided annually by Uber) I sent the IRS adjustment to McGovern.
