I was very disappointed with our experience at this office. My daughter had an appointment, and we arrived only 8 minutes late due to circumstances outside our control. Instead of being understanding, the staff immediately canceled her appointment and told us we could either wait an additional hour to be “worked in” or reschedule altogether. I understand the importance of being on time, but an 8-minute delay should not result in losing an appointment—especially when patients are often expected to wait well beyond their sched... read more
Dr. Cliff and the staff at Children's National Pediatricians and Associates have been my son's primary healthcare provider since he was a 5 day old infant back in February 2009. Our family loves and appreciates Dr. Cliff and his wonderful staff both present and past. We are so happy to have them as a part of our village. Best Pediatrics office in the Bowie/ Glendale MD area. Great staff and Dr. Clifford is one of the Best pediatricians in the state if MD. Highly recommend this practice!!!
We are very grateful for Dr. Cliff, Ms. Kendra and the front desk team. Yesterday our appointment went smoothly and quickly. Everyone is always very kind and accommodating. Dr. Cliff is awesome with young children and knows how to deal with them at every age. Both of my girls have been his patient since they were babies.
