Do not apply for any of their properties unless you have a clean credit and background. My family and I were looking to rent a home they listed. We were upfront about all our previous issues: financial and legal, but we were encouraged to apply. We spent $70 on application fees, only to be denied on the very issues we were upfront about. They gained $70 , which is probably what they were after to begin with. They will tell you they can work with you, collect your money and turn around and deny you.
