I don’t particularly appreciate the shakeup and the confusion around who I’m supposed to contact and when given the absorption of Finders Keepers, but I can’t say I’ve ever been treated poorly at any step of the process beyond this hiccup (and that’s saying a lot of renters in college station… notoriously predatory).
Changing login portals on the 30th of the month is pretty egregiously stupid. Dont know what they were thinking. I'm editing to add that neither I nor my roommate had any warning companies were swapping. No email or call just a new email saying to setup a new resident portal. Which both of us thought was fraud and spent a whole day trying to figure out who was trying to rent a place in our names before we found we couldn't login to our original payment portal on Finders Keepers website. The landscape company that you use off of Woodsman is horrible. The way they treat their neighbors should be enough to look elsewhere. Definitely not the advertisement I would want for my business. I will look elsewhere for my property management help.
