Absolutely appalling customer service. I walked in today hoping to book a massage, but before I could even say a single word I was hurried back out and told there were no appointments available. The staff couldn’t have been quicker to shut the door in my face. I completely understand that businesses get fully booked—that’s not the issue. The issue is how I was treated. I had an amazing massage today! The therapist Januka was very professional, attentive, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the session. The pressure was just right, and I left feeling completely relaxed and refreshed. The place was clean, peaceful, and had a calming atmosphere. Definitely one of the best massages I’ve had — I’ll be coming back for sure!
I came in with a stiff neck and tried massage and gua sha to relieve the pain. Alice was amazing — she skillfully released all the tension in my neck and shoulders. I felt a huge difference after the session. Highly recommend, and I’ll definitely return!
This was the best massage experience I have ever had! I have been coming to CP Massage for years and all the staff are very good at their craft and leave me relaxed after each session every time. Pranita was an exceptional masseuse and I highly recommend her! Will definitely be visiting often.
