I rented from CP Management for almost 2 years. The property manager could care less about their tenants, their happiness or willingness to work with you. Her only concern is the property. She will not return phone calls or emails when you have an issue for weeks (in one case, months), but if she has an issue, will be on you non stop expecting a resolution that very day. This company manages the property that I live in. We initially agreed on a move-in date. I was on my way, already driven 12 hours, about 30 minutes from the apartment and got a phone call that the apartment wasn't ready and I had to stay elsewhere. I argued with them and was able to sign the lease and take the apartment as is. However, they didn't change the smoke alarm batteries or ready the gas and water tanks.
