Ordered some netting for my can baskets on October 4th, 2023. Sent them via text my company address, email, and phone number. The order went very smooth but I've been trying to get an invoice for our records since. I've left messages and texted Francisco multiple times. Spoke to someone directly yesterday and they tell me they can't pull up the order and he'll have to take care of it but he's probably just very busy helping other customers.
