Recently had carpet installed in our home. Everything about the process was A+++. No pressure sales...large selection to choose from. Gary was great and our installer, Brandon, was awesome. Very professional and did a great job. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Thanks CP Flooring!
Do not use this company. They pulled up my sub-flooring then told me my floor was too spongey so they would not guarantee my floor unless new sub-floor was installed (more money). I paid it 🤦! They then installed the flooring and within weeks the floor started popping up. I had the installer come out three times to repair, none of which lasted more than a day or so. The last time he came out he replaced one plank and left me with a box of planks (very few) while I still have floor planks popped up telling me that he has don... read more
