When I took my car into CP concepts, I did not know what was wrong with it. Craig was very forthcoming with all of my problems and gave me the solutions needed to fix them. He warned me about areas of concern in the future and coached me on how to look out for these things and prevent them from happening. I really appreciate him taking the time to do that, and would highly recommend his services.
My car was hit while living in Wisconsin. We waited to get it fixed until we were back in the area because we knew CP Concepts does exceptional work. The car looks better than before it was hit! Highly recommend! Flash forward just a few short weeks after getting my car back, I was rear ended in Joliet. Took my car back to CP Concepts and had another awesome experience! We had insurance issues in the beginning and everything was handled with ease!
Craig did some work on my mother's Car he really did a great job. I highly recommend him, took damaged bumper off the vehicle, put new bumper on. Matched the paint was a flawless job. Keep up the great work, when I need your services u are my choice!!
