Rented a four bedroom apartment for the 2020/2021 school year. Had several problems with internet outages and a water leak. The apartment was thoroughly cleaned at the end of the lease and the tenants received a $50.00 charge to take some brooms and an empty waste basket to the trash. I have rented several apartments in the Cincinnati, Youngstown and Dayton areas. I have never been charged a fee at the end of a lease. There are many apartment options at UC. I would highly suggest looking to live elsewhere.
