Absolute trash-fire of a management company.
Unresponsive! Can leave multiple calls for Mindy to return my calls. Days go by….crickets.
We had an issue in our apartment and it was resolved within an hour! I did need to leave a message, but had a call back within 5 minutes and then maintenance was there shortly after. Overall, I'm very impressed!
They never answer the phone. Every time I try to contact them it takes about a week for them to get back to me. If you need to get a hold of them you better hope it's not urgent. I was told not to worry about contacting the electric company, that they would take care of everything. Now 4 months later Xcel energy tells me that I owe them for the last 4 months of service. I have nothing good to say about this company. Worst property management I have ever dealt with
