Even though they were not able to take on my type of case, Sierra reached out and helped me find a referral to call instead of sending me a generic “sorry we are unable To help you” email. I appreciated her help so much and she was such a bubbly and sweet woman. I imagine that their clients are very well cared for with positive people in an office like her.

Apparently, they don't want new clients. I've reached out to them numerous times after receiving a recommendation, but even after a receptionist told me they would expedite my inquiry to an attorney, I couldn't even get a message to say thanks but no thanks.
