Completely dissatisfied with your mattresses. They sag and you don't stand behind a full replacement of your defective products. Their pillows last for literally years with no issues. My 10 year old one is just as nice as the new one I just purchased. I take it everywhere I travel as every other pillow I’ve ever tried or had from all price ranges causes significant neck pain. I opened my old one thinking for sure it would have growth or ick after a decade of nightly use but every single noodle was still like brand new. I love supporting a small eco-friendly business, too.
