I had a disappointing experience at this business that I believe reflects poorly on how they treat customers of diverse backgrounds. While waiting for my girlfriend, I observed a troubling incident where a woman with a darker complexion entered the salon. Before she could even speak, the staff immediately told her, “We don’t do fake nails here.” The customer politely responded that she wasn’t there for fake nails and pointed out that she felt unfairly profiled.
