I had been a loyal customer at Cozy Nails and always got excellent spa pedicures from Kim, but she was nothing and I had a spa pedicure in which my left leg was accidentally cut and bled for some time, but it was carefully cleaned and I paid for the pedicure and tipped the person who gave the pedicure. It has always been great, except now has become a money grab. The owner becomes nasty if you don't open your wallet up and leave a bunch of money there for a simple manicure and pedicure. And she thinks people are going to keep coming back for that nasty comments from her. And after you spend all that money she still makes comments like you are cheap when you don't want to keep going. Sad that she can't hold her mouth. Sad that I can't keep going there.

Had a very uncomfortable experience here. I get my lashes done down the block and walked by and it was empty so walked in hoping to get a pedicure, which they were able to accommodate. The two Asian women made rude remarks while trying to upsell me services that I continued to decline. At first I didn’t realize they were talking about me because I don’t assume if they’re speaking mandarin, that they’re talking about the clients, I just assume it’s their native language and the one they’re comfortable speaking to one another.... read more

excellent place to get nails done- nice and clean! wide variety of colors available as well as relative low costs. it was $38 for a regular mani and pedi!
