Lord no. she was very rude when I asked about the condition of her cabins and views after the fire. she over charges on everything from housekeeping to maintenance and above all, Karen Foster is the rudest person I have ever met. I've even been told that she will try to destroy small time business owners who are just starting up either because she doesn't like their work, or they bring their child to work. I absolutely do not recommend booking any cabin with this property management company. Anita Foster is, hands down, the most unprofessional person I have ever worked with. I deeply regret booking a cabin with her and it is my hope that no one will have to experience what I have experienced with her. She likes to justify her stance by making hateful retorts on her bad reviews. If I were you, just book with someone else.
This is who we use, always!! If we want to go to Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge or the quieter side at Cosby, this is who we choose. The cleanest...hands down, than any place we've EVER stayed! So many other places aren't good and clean and every one of their locations we've stayed in is spotless, not to mention the views, creek and location, depending on the one you choose. Great experience!!

My husband and I have stayed many times at cozy cabins. The cabins are the best I have ever stayed at. Beautifully designed and decorated If u are looking for the perfect getaway look no further. Looking forward to our next trip.
