Yesterday, we had our dog's 4th birthday party at the Plum location. The staff were amazing!!! So much attention to detail. And Kelly and her helpers were very respectful and kind. Our dog is overweight, and I love how they didn't make fun or make constant reference to her size. That has happened at another facility and I was waiting to see if it was going to happen there, but it didn't! They treated her like the princess she is!! I'm so impressed with them there. She had a fabulous time. My family cannot thank them enough!!

Our dogs just came home from their first stay....and we were so impressed! They were so well cared for, and you can tell how attentive and loving the staff is. It was a comfort to know they were in good hands while we were away. We will be back for sure!

I have been using Cozy Inn for 5 years! I wouldn't go anywhere else. FULLY TRUST THEM WITH MY FURBABIES!(and that is difficult to do) my dogs have such a great time on their dog vacation while we are on vacation. Take advantage of the extra activities(swimming/field trips). Your babies won't want to come home!
