Thank you Cozy Inn Cafe for such an amazing experience and the chicken fried steak was the best in Nebraska. Must stop here anytime you are driving through Holdrege.

If you're looking for down-home food that's delicious, this is most certainly the place to go. Their Sunday buffet was amazing, and the service was excellent. The turkey dressing was just like mom made, and the salads were wonderful. It's difficult to make up your mind when the meat choices are fried chicken, roast beef, roast turkey, smoked ham and BBQ brisket! We are from Cozad and Tuesday we decided to just go for a car ride. We ended up in Holdrege and decided to grab a bite to eat. My husband and I have worked in restaurants and are very picky when it comes to our food. We stopped at the Cozy Inn Cafe and after we placed our order we noticed it was closing time.
