Booked a room via hotels.com after a concert and showed up around 12am. There is a note on the door with a number to call for assistance, so my husband and I did. The manager/owner answered the phone sounding like he was asleep, I stated that I was there to checkin with my reservation. He stated that his office was closed and refused to come check us in. We ended up sleeping in our car in the parking lot for a couple of hours till we were rested enough to continue on our way.
Centrally located off the I-5. Breakfast included waffles, yogurt, bagels, bread, apples, muffins, and some cereals.
Good customer service, air control worked good in the room, comfy beds, yummy breakfast. UNFORTUNATELY our shower absolutely did not work correctly, our room only had 1 chair for 2 people, was a little dirty and there was a small dog poop in the corner when we arrived.
