Not coming back, sheets were dirty and smelly. They were so dirty they had feet and dog smell. The bathroom smelled like dog and not clean. The fireplace was full of ash it was not cleaned at all before checking. The weirdest part was that the in-person assistances were a group of guys who were staying in the cabins 8 and 10 and we were in cabin 9. The location is great! The outside looks nice, the inside is decent. Now with that being said... We reserved like a month ahead yet when we got there we had to wait about an hour or so because our cabin wasn't ready yet. We literally walked into them cleaning the cabin when we got there. Another thing was the Jacuzzi in the downstairs bathroom had a hole in it making it unusable not to mention that the bathroom door also had a hole in it as if someone had punched it or something. Location is awesome. Service sucked. I was extremely disappointed with my stay at the Cozy Hollow Vacation Rentals in Big Bear. The experience was entirely negative. There was no on-site staff—only slow email communication, and they took forever to respond. Despite booking for four people, we only had two towels. The cabin was freezing at 33°F, and the heater did not work. They provided a tiny heater that barely warmed the bathroom, let alone the cabin. It was miserable.
