I hired this contractor for a small basement framing project, and while they were extremely nice and personable, I had a disappointing experience. They worked for just 6.5 hours, completing less than half of the job. Key issues included improperly spaced wall studs (17.5" instead of 16"), unsecured ladder blocking, only 3 feet of a 31-foot wall being plumb, and misaligned soffit framing. This is from experience. It’s been 2 ish years and the only thing done is framing and drywall installation with paint. We contact daily with no signs of reply’s or reads. It’s been an awful time with mouses and other insects invading our house. No answers when we call nothing… If u want a contractor like this, this is your guy.

This is from experience. We gave all the money need for our remodeling our house. It’s been 2 ish years and the only thing done is framing and drywall installation with paint. We contact daily with no signs of reply’s or reads. It’s been an awful time with mouses and other insects invading our house. No answers when we call nothing… But on the other hand they do a good job with quality.
