Mory did a terrific job of servicing our AC. As always, he took great care to do as thorough and careful a job as possible. He is a consummate professional and is extremely pleasant to deal with.

We used Cosy Comfort Plus almost a decade ago for furnace heat exchanger maintenance and then for a new AC installation and tankless water heater installation. Their services are excellent and always responsive all these years. They have complete maintenance records once you start using them and they can always reference back to see what needs to be done. Brian, Jay and Hamid have given good service .
Brian and his team are great. They are informative product knowledge is very good and responsive to communication which is half the battle!
We recently had a major issue with our tankless water heater, and it turned into an absolute nightmare. Unable to maintain basic hygiene during 30+ degree weather, my family—including our young child—was without hot water for three days.
