I would like to share my experience. Despite the positive feedback I’ve encountered here, my situation did not align with that. It could be attributed to bad luck, but here are the details: Approximately a year ago, the heat exchanger on my furnace unit was replaced under warranty. I was informed that the cost of the exchanger itself was around $2,000 (covered by warranty), plus an additional $1,800 for labor and other components. This seemed acceptable at the time.
